"DAY IN THE LIFE...'" Documentaries
The video documentation of your client's daily routine after a catastrophic event
is paramount.  The daily struggle to perform the simplest of tasks, all of the
Doctor visits, therapy, operations, mental stress as well as physical stress that
make up your client's "new" life.  And your client is not the only consideration.
The spouse, the children and extended family suffer as well and are tasked to
perform beyond their normal limits.  Our job is to present that struggle in a
format that impacts and reaches into the very conscience of your audience; To
bring to life the struggles your client must face every day of his or her life and the
impact it has on the family unit.  Through the use of video, photographs and
audio excerpts, that daily struggle is brought to life for all to understand and
appreciate.                                                       Prices range from $1,800 - $10,000+.
"Video Settlement Brochures"
The "Settlement Brochure" goes several steps further than the "Day in the LIfe" concept and is a far
more comprehensive video document.  In addition to the video footage of daily routines, detailed
interviews are conducted with family members, friends, possibly Doctors, EMT's, witnesses,
ministers, etc.  Through the use of previously recorded videotapes and photographs, the
"Brochure" documents the "Changes" that have occurred from pre-event to post-event life; the kind
of person your client was before this incident and the life that he or she and the family was
accustomed to living.   These presentations may include video and photos taken by law
enforcement officials at an accident scene, eye-witness accounts of the event and even animated
re-enactments of the event.  This video document is very detailed and professionally
choreographed for  organization and effectiveness of presentation.  Our Video Settlement
Brochures and Day in the Life Documentaries have received several mentions in "Lawyers Weekly"
for effectiveness, production technique and impact.  Whether the event resulted in death, leaving
the life of a family incomplete or has left your client physically or mentally devastated, the
importance of this video document, professionally produced,  cannot be overestimated.

Of course, our services aren't confined to the above.  We also are available to videotape depositions, accident
scenes, evidence and other general video.  We also offer still photography for the same purpose and we have
the ability to "extract photo prints" from video; yours or ours.  
EDITING
Often, video deposition content may be ruled upon by a Judge for admissibility.  Nothing is more distracting to
a jury than to have to stop, start and "skip over" selected segments. The continuity of thought is lost and
confusing.  Often, the jurist feels that something is being "withheld" from him. In most cases, we are able,
using your marked transcript, to "Edit" the video into what appears to be a smooth continuous presentation
that is far more palatable to the jury.  More times than not, we perform that service "over night" since you
probably won't get those rulings from the Judge until "after" the trial has already started.   
IN THE COURTROOM
Often, the effectiveness of a "closing argument" can be augmented with specially edited and arranged  video
content that was actually introduced during the trial itself.  Once again, the "midnight oil" is not a problem.  Our
services are available to you, "round-the-clock".  Not only do we prepare materials for presentation in the courtroom,
we offer the equipment and the technical assistance to aid you in the effective presentation of your evidence and
your case.  Although our Settlement Brochures and Day In the Life Documentaries are designed to keep you "OUT"
of the courtroom,  we endeavor to assist you "IN" the courtroom as well, when those products don't apply.
